Our Recommendation:

As the Top Ten list on eBird is as ever-changing as the seasons and only reflects a small sampling of Erie’s birding spots to begin with, we recommend returning to and exploring eBird on a rather frequent basis. Starting from the eBird Explore Page, search regions for “Erie,” and then select “Erie, Pennsylvania” from the dropdown box that appears. This should take you to this page where there are countless options to explore under the headings entitled "Complete Checklists," “eBirders,” and “Hotspots” with the latter being your best bet for finding the most current spots for bird diversity.
